ecoCool complies with the Australian Consumer Rights & Guarantees rules for consumer protections. Broadly, that means we will assist you to access a refund or replacement of parts where there is any manufacturing, delivery, warranty or consumer issues, and we may be able to provide refunds for change of mind, within 7 days of purchase (for large or high value items, we may charge a restocking fee).
See each of our Brand manufacturers’ brochures or online material for their warranty periods, which are usually between 2 and 5 years. SMA also offers 5 year Manufacturer’s Warranty extensions (up to a maximum of 20 years) on some of its inverter products.
We may not be able to accept returns, or may charge a restocking fee for refunds where you simply change your mind about the product, after 7 days from purchase.
